Returns or exchanges must be initiated via your app within 10 days of delivery. If you’d like to return an item after 10 days, please contact our logistics team via the Logistics Channel and we will try our best to request your return be accepted by the third-party retailer.
Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and include all signature material, such as: shoe boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, etc. Damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Returns must be shipped using the return label provided by YX (please do not use the third-party retailer return label).
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
